"A picture speaks a thousand words"

While pictures cannot describe all of the work done, ministry completed, and victories won, hopefully the following albums will give you some idea of the way God has used individuals, Churches, and foundations to further the work at Set Free in Beresford.

1. Through the Faith Foundation in Oregon, funds were provided to help us build a warehouse bldg for the purpose of food storage and distribution, an incredible task that was planned and overseen by one of Set Free's Elders: Raphael Mendoza. The work was accomplished completely with volunteer help......and lots of God's blessing!

2. As an expansion of our Free Bread Ministry, 4 times in 2016 (and more planned for 2017), a semi carrying over 20,000 lbs of food arrives at Set Free in Beresford. Volunteers unload, organize, and distribute this food to hundreds of families traveling up to 50 miles to have needs met. This is truly a blessing to both those who volunteer and to those who receive. God is so good!

3.The last week of July, Set Free sends a big team to the Siouxland Association Kids Camp in Crofton NE. Set Free often has the opportunity to provide the camp pastor, teachers, cooks, helpers and a bunch of enthusiastic kids. The week is a time to learn about God, grow in faith, have fun, and make new friendships. We are blessed to have Deb Johnson, Danielle Bond, Dawn Upton, and Stacy Simms doing such awesome planning and work to help make this possible.

4. Cooperation..... that's a Southern Baptist term for churches working together in spite of distance, financial difficulty, and time constraints to further the work of the Gospel. We have been blessed with teams from FBC Richmond, Rayville Christian Union, Lawson Baptist, and Laclede Baptist association who poured out their lives to our benefit and that of everyone in Beresford.

5. Thursday is Free Bread Day at Set Free. A semi comes down from Feeding South Dakota in Sioux Falls and delivers over a ton of bread, pastries, produce and well anything else they want to send our way!

6. As you can see from some of the pictures, a 50 year old flat roof can have lots of problems. At times people in the front row stood as much chance of getting wet as the person waiting for Baptism! We needed a new roof and God provided...funding, free labor, leadership from Raffa.. and safety!

7.  The Siouxland Association Youth Camp in Crofton offers a great opportunity for youth to not only learn but to serve actively in missions. In 2016 the youth did a tremendous job of impacting a neighboring community with a VBS. Lots of work, but lots of changed lives
